Responsible Gambling
Lucky Green Pokies is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take our responsibility to promote safe play seriously.
Gambling Should Be Fun
Gambling is intended as entertainment, not as a way to make money. Set strict time and money limits before you play. Never chase losses or gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, it’s time to stop.
Signs of Problem Gambling
You may have a problem with gambling if you:
- Spend more money or time gambling than you intend to
- Find yourself thinking about gambling when you’re doing other things
- Chase losses in an attempt to win back money
- Borrow money, sell possessions, or steal to fund gambling
- Hide your gambling behaviour from family and friends
- Feel anxious, irritable or depressed when unable to gamble
- Prioritise gambling above work, family responsibilities or social activities
Self-Exclusion & Casino Controls
Lucky Green Casino provides responsible gambling tools to help you manage your play. These include deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. To access these tools, log in to your Lucky Green Casino account and visit the responsible gambling section, or contact their support team via live chat.
